Odisha Post Matric Scholarship 2020-21

• Student shall belong to ST/ SC/ OBC/ SEBC/ EBC community and should be a permanent resident of Odisha.
• The students should continue their Post Matriculation Studies in any general/ technical or professional courses in any Govt. or Govt. recognized Private institutes.
• The annual family income of the parent/guardians from all sources in case of ST/SC students should not exceed Rs.2,50,000/- per annum.
• The annual family income of the parent/guardians from all sources in case of OBC/ SEBC students should not exceed Rs.2,50,000/- per annum and they have to secure atleast 50% marks in previous examination;
• The annual family income of the parent/guardians from all sources in case of EBC students (GENERAL Category-Other than SC/ ST/ OBC/ SEBC) should not exceed Rs.2,50,000/- per annum. In case of EBC students, lie/she should be pursuing his/ her higher study in government institute only.

1. Students are advised to visit the URL given above and click on 'How To Apply' button to know the complete procedure of Online Registration in Odisha State Scholarship Portal.
2. As the ID would be generated on Aadhar authentication, students are advised to ensure that their aadhar is linked with an operational mobile number in order to receive OTP and to provide the same in scholarship portal for successful.
3. Basic details ie. Name, Gender, DOB will be fetched from the AADHAR and will be non-editable. Before applying, students are advised to ensure that these details are correct in their AADHAR (including spelling of the name & surname).
4. Institutes are instructed to complete the submission of online application within 7 days to DWOs without waiting till last date.
5. Due to COVID 19 pandemic situation, students and institutions are advised not to submit hard copy of application and other required documents to concerned institution and DWOs respectively. Therefore, at the time of filling details of income, caste, matric roll no, bank accounts etc., students are requested to fill it cautiously and upload correct and valid certificates in the portal. Any mismatch found during scrutiny process at institution/DWO level, the concerned student may lead to rejection of application. However, in case of any requirement, DWO may seek hard-copies of application and other required documents.
6. Students are hereby requested to keep their Unique ID & Password confidential. In case of any mis-credit /manipulation happens due to sharing of user id & password with others, student will be solely held responsible.
