• Secretarial Practice & Accounts/ Office Management & Secretarial Practice :- Graduate in any subject other than Engineering/ Technology covered in Group Code 105, from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Civil Engineering/ Computer Science / Information Technology/ Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical / Production Engineering :- For Group Code 101 to 104: A degree from a recognized University/ Institute in the respective Branch/ Discipline. For Group Code 201 to 204: A diploma from a recognized University/ Institute in the respective Branch/ Discipline.

Eligible candidates can apply only through off-line mode application. Complete filled application form along with the documents mentioned in the application form required to be sent through speed post /registered post /courier (no application will be entertained by hand delivery). The envelope should clearly mentioned the Advertisement No., Name of training (Graduate /Technician (Diploma), Discipline & Category at the top of envelope to the following address:

The candidate should cross check all the details filled in the off-line Application, before finally sending the same, as no correction will be possible later.

In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/ she should create his/ her new e-mail ID before applying offline. Candidates are advised to keep the e-mail ID and Mobile number entered compulsorily in the offline application form, active for at least one year. Applicants should keep sufficient copies of same photographs in reserve for future use, which they are using in the offline application filled-up. Selection shall be on the basis of - Percentage of marks in graduation/ diploma = 100%. Candidates selected as apprentices will have to fulfill the minimum physical fitness standard/ parameters as specified in the Apprentice Act and amendments/ modification issued from time to time. Only those candidates declared fitin pre-engagement medical and physical fitness shall be considered for engaging as apprentice.
