• Programme Officer :- a) Degree from recognized University. b) 7 years experience of dealing with cultural activities, organizing festivals and exhibitions/ international relations/ personnel, administrative/ financial matters etc. in Government departments/ autonomous bodies/ Universities/ recognized Research Institutions/ Public Undertakings/ NGOs.
• Assistant Programme Officer :- a) Degree from recognized University. b) 5 years experience of dealing with cultural activities, organizing festivals and exhibitions/ international relations/ personnel, administrative/ financial matters etc. in Government departments/ Autonomous bodies/ Universities/ recognized Research Institutions/ Public Undertakings/ NGOs.
• Assistant :- Degree from recognized University.
• Senior Stenographer :- a) Degree from a recognized University. b) Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts @ 100 w.p.m. Transcription: 60 mts (English), 75 mts (Hindi), only on computer. c) Diploma/ certificate course from recognized University/ Institute in Computer application.
• Junior Stenographer :- a) 12th pass from a recognized Board or University. b) Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 50 mts (English), 65 mts (Hindi), only on computer. c) Diploma Certificate Course from recognized University/ Institute in computer application.
• Lower Division Clerk :- a) 12th class or equivalent from recognized Board/ University. b) Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m.in Hindi, on computer.

5. Thereafter, login as Registered Candidate using this User ID and Password. Upon first login, candidate will be required to change the password.
