• Junior Secretariat Assistant (General) :- 10+2 / XII Standard or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time. (Presently, 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi).
• Junior Secretariat Assistant (Stores and Purchase) :- 10+2 / XII Standard or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time. (Presently, 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi).
• Junior Secretariat Assistant (Finance and Accounts) :- 10+2/ XII Standard or its equivalent with Accountancy as a subject and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time. (Presently, 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi).
• Junior Stenographer :- 10+2/XII Standard or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
• Driver :- Possession of a valid driving license for LMV & HMV. Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle). Experience of driving a motor car for at least 3 years; and Pass in 10th standard.
