Agniveers will be given an attractive customised monthly package along with Risk and Hardship allowances as applicable in the three services. On completion of the engagement period of four years, Agniveers will be paid one time ‘SevaNidhi’ package which shall comprise their contribution including accrued interest thereon and matching contribution from the Government equal to the accumulated amount of their contribution including interest as indicated below:

1st Year - ( Monthley Salary - Rs. 30000/- ) ( In Hand 70% - Rs. 21000 ) ( Contribution to Agniveer Corpus Fund 30% - Rs. 9000/- ) ( Contribution Corpus Fund by GoI - Rs. 9000/- )

2nd Year - ( Monthley Salary - Rs. 33000/- ) ( In Hand 70% - Rs. 23100 ) ( Contribution to Agniveer Corpus Fund 30% - Rs. 9900/- ) ( Contribution Corpus Fund by GoI - Rs. 9900/- )

3rd Year - ( Monthley Salary - Rs. 36500/- ) ( In Hand 70% - Rs. 25580 ) ( Contribution to Agniveer Corpus Fund 30% - Rs. 10950/- ) ( Contribution Corpus Fund by GoI - Rs. 10950/- )

4th Year - ( Monthley Salary - Rs. 40000/- ) ( In Hand 70% - Rs. 28000 ) ( Contribution to Agniveer Corpus Fund 30% - Rs. 12000/- ) ( Contribution Corpus Fund by GoI - Rs. 12000/- )

Exit After 4 Year - Rs 11.71 Lakh as Seva Nidhi Package + Skill Gained Certificate.

Rs. 48 Lakh Life Insurance Cover.

Up to 25% will be enrolled in the regular cadre of the Armed Forces.
