BOAT (NR) Various Post Recruitment 2021

• Deputy Director :- A first or second class Degree in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent or Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Technology. At least 07 years experience which includes field/ administration etc.
• Assistant Director :- Atleast Second Class Degree in Engineering/ Technology from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum of Five years field experience.
• Assistant :- At least a second class Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science or Commerce. At least 8 years experience in Technical Education, Administration/ compiling of data on technical personnel in a Govt. Department/ autonomous organization.
• Junior Stenographer :- Passed Matriculation or Equivalent Shorthand speed 100 W.P.M. in English and Typing speed – 40 W.P.M. on computer.
• Upper Division Clerk :- Graduate. Working knowledge in English and Hindi.
• Lower Division Clerk :- Matriculation or equivalent. Knowledge of typing in English at the speed of 30 W.P.M.
• Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) :- Matriculation or Equivalent pass or ITI pass.

The applicants shall be required to pay following application fee in form of Demand Draft in favour of “DIRECTOR BOARD OF APPRENTICESHIP TRG.(N.R.) KANPUR” payable at Kanpur.

2. Printout of filled application duly signed on each page and affixing recent passport size photograph alongwith fee (Demand Draft) and all supporting self attested documents in support of Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Experience and Category (if applicable) may be sent to the Director, Board of Apprenticeship Training (Northern Region), 16/1-A, Lakhanpur, Kanpur-208024(U.P.), so as to reach latest by 30.08.2021.
3. Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should apply separately for each post and pay the application fee for each post.

1. Based on the Objective Test marks scored, candidates who will obtain minimum cut-off qualifying marks will be shortlisted for Skill Test and personal Interview whichever is applicable in the order of merit. The number of candidates to be considered for personal interview/ skill test shall normally be 12 (Twelve) for the first vacancy and 05 (Five) for each subsequent vacancy for the post. However, BoAT(NR) reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of candidates.
2. Minimum qualifying marks in the objective test will be 50% for General (UR)/ EWS/ OBC and 45% for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates.
3. In case of tie in the marks of two or more candidates for the last slot, all the candidates with the same score shall be called for interview/ skill test.
4. The Skill Test will be of qualifying nature. The final selection will be based on the total marks scored by the candidate in the Objective Test and/ or Interview.
5. In final merit list, if there are two or more candidates in the same category having equal marks:
   a) In case where the marks in objective test are same the candidate who will be having higher qualification will be placed higher in the final merit list.
   b) In case where marks in the objective test and the qualifications are also same, the candidate who had secured higher marks in the highest qualification shall be placed higher in the final merit list.
