EPFO SSA & Stenographer Recruitment 2023

• Social Security Assistant (SSA) :- Must possess the Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university as on the closing date for online registration of application.
• A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer. (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 Key Depression per Hour (KDPH) / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word for Data Entry Work. Time allowed - 10 minutes.
• Stenographer :- Passed 12th class from a recognized Board as on the closing date of the online application.
• Skill Test in Stenography :
• The candidates who are shortlisted in the Phase-I Examination will be required to appear in the Skill Test for Stenography. Time allotted is as under:
• Dictation : 10 minutes at the rate of eighty words per minute. (Dictation will be computer based)
• Transcription : 50 minutes (English)/ 65 minutes (Hindi). (Only on computer)

Stenographer : On the basis of written examination & Skill Test in Stenography.

Social Security Assistant : On the basis of written examination & -Computer Skill Test (Computer Data Entry Test).

Social Security Assistant (Group C) : Level-5 ( Rs. 29,200 - 92,300/- ) in the Pay Matrix.
( In addition to Pay they will also be eligible for allowances as per rules in force from time to time. )

Stenographer (Group C) : Level-4 in the Pay Matrix [ Rs. 25,500 - 81,100/- ]
( In addition to Pay they will also be eligible allowances as per rules in force from time to time. )
