• Computer Operator (Assistant Programmer) :- (1) Graduate with computer Science or Electronics and Communication or Information Technology from a University established by law in India. or
• 3 years Diploma in Computer Application from a Institution recognized by the Government. or
• Graduate from a University established by law in India with "A" Level Certificate course conducted by the DOEACC under the control of Department of Electronics, Government of India. and
• (2) 2 years working experience of computer operations in a Government Organization/ Government undertaking/ Public Limited/ Private Limited company.
• Data Entry Operator (Informatics Assistant) :- (i) Graduate or higher degree in computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Application/ Computer Science & Engineering or Electronics or Electronics & Communication or Information Technology or equivalent of a University established by law in India. or
• Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Applications or 3 years Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information technology or equivalent from a Polytechnic institution recognized by the Government. or
• Graduate of a University established by law in India with Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology or equivalent of a University established by law in India or of an Institution recognized by the Government. or
• Graduate of a University established by law in India with “O” or Higher Level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC under the control of Department of Electronics, Government of India. or
• Graduate of a University established by law in India with Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) Certificate organized under National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme, and
• (ii) Speed of 8000 key depression per hour on computer in Hindi & English.
• Project Engineer (Junior) Civil Degree :- Degree in Engineering in respective branch from a University established by Law in India or qualification equivalent thereto declared by the Government.
• Project Engineer (Junior) Civil Diploma :- Diploma in respective branch in Engineering from a recognized Institution. or
• Diploma in respective branch of engineering recognised by the Institution of Engineers for the purpose of exemption from studentship examination.
• Project Engineer (Junior) Electrical Degree :- Degree in Engineering in respective branch from a University established by Law in India or qualification equivalent thereto declared by the Government.
• Senior Draftsman :- Intermediate in Architecture or Architecture Assistantship (Three years Course) from a recognized Institution. or
• Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship with one year's experience as Draftsman in Architect's Office. or
• Draftsman Certificate (Civil) from National council of Vocational Trade with three years' experience as Draftsman in Architect's Office.
• Junior Draftsman :- 1. Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship. or
• 2. Draftsmanship Certificate (Civil) from National Council of Vocational Trade with two years' experience as Tracer in Architect's Office.
• Legal Assistant (Junior Legal Officer) :- Degree in Law from a University established by Law in India or its equivalent declared by the Govt.
• Junior Accountant :- Must hold a Degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Sec. 3 of the University Grants Commission Act. 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government in consultation with the Commission or
• Must have passed Intermediate examination of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants, Kolkata or
• Intermediate examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. and
• "O" or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC (NIELIT) under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India or
• Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) Certificate organized under National/ State Council of Vocational Training Scheme or
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology from a University established by law in India or from an institution recognized by the Government or
• Diploma in Computer Science & Electronics/ Information Technology form a polytechnic institution recognized by the Government or
• Certificate Course in information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.
• Junior Assistant :- A. Senior Secondary from a recognised Board or its equivalent Examination, and
• B. "O" or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India. or
• Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) Certificate organized under National/ State Council of Vocational Training Scheme. or
• Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Applications from a University established by law in India or from an institution recognised by the Government. or
• Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.

3. Success in the examination confers no right of appointment unless institute is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respect of appointment to the service/ post.

4. Filling up of the seats is solely at the discretion of the management based on suitability of candidates and no claim will arise for engagement, if some of these seats are not filled due to unsuitability/ insufficient number of candidates.

5. The candidature of the applicant would be provisional, subject to subsequent verification of certificates/ testimonials and submission of certificate of medical fitness (to be obtained only from a gazette government medical officer/ medical officer of a government undertaking) at the time of joining.
